Michael returned to Lusaka, Zambia this time meeting with former Pfizer Quality control officer John O’Sullivan to help prepare and instruct the Zambia MOH on Ultra Cold storage and distribution techniques at the request of UNICEF. The team also consulted on the creation of the SOP documents for handling ultra cold vaccines for Zambia.
